Overview

Plate Stamping is the process of transferring a source plate to one or more destination plate copies. This process transfers many wells efficiently to save labs time, effort, and accuracy. The Genie Plate Stamping protocol stamps a 96 deep well plate to a 96 flat bottom assay plate. At runtime, users input the number of samples to stamp and the transfer volume.

Materials

  • (1) 96 deep well plate, u-bottom, 2.2mL
  • (1) 96 well assay plate, flat-bottom, 200uL
  • (1) 200uL or 50uL Tip Box (tip sizes depend on user-selected transfer volume)
